Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET)

CUCET, which stands for "Central Universities Common Entrance Test", is a common entrance test conducted for admission to Indian Central Universities. This exam is conducted for the students who seek admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in these universities.

Talking about the number of Central Universities, there are a total of 14 Central Universities in the Indian Union, with at least one in each state. These universities are located in the Union Territories and have been established specifically to promote the standards of higher education. And the same 14 Central Universities of the Indian Union together conduct the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET), which was established by an Act of Parliament. CUCET exam is playing an important role in the admission process of higher education in India, and it is gaining increasing popularity every year.
