Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA)

TNEA exam is conducted for the students seeking admission in engineering courses in the state of Tamil Nadu. This course is for B.E. and B.Tech. includes. The main objective of this process is to place the students in the proper and eligible engineering college which are located in the state.

The process is conducted by Anna University, which is a leading educational institution in Tamil Nadu. It is important that candidates note that there is no pre-examination for TNEA, so candidates need not worry about an additional exam.

Instead, the admission process is based on class 12 result. That is, the 12th class result of the candidates is fundamentally considered and on the basis of this they are placed in the college.

- The first round of choice filling was done on 12th September 2022.

- The counselling for the General category started on 10th September, 2022.

- The counselling will start on 20th August 2022.

- The rank/merit list will be released on 16th August 2022.

- The last date for the same will be 27th July 2022.
